Recover is designed to be taken sublingually,

Directions for Use:

1. Open the CBD oil container and use the
   dropper to select desired dosage.
2. Tilt your head back and lift your tongue.
3. Use the dropper to place the oil or tincture

   least 30 seconds and swallow.
